Refund policy

Digital product

The MoveChecklist Printable Moving Planner is a digital PDF product. Because it is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not offered once the printable PDF or download link has been delivered to you.

When we will help

Please contact MoveChecklist if any of the following happens:

• You were charged in error.
• You cannot access your download link.
• Your downloaded file is defective or will not open.

We will work with you to resolve the issue — for example by re-issuing your download link or sending a fresh copy of the planner.

When a refund may be considered

If the issue cannot reasonably be fixed, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Consumer rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
